Shipping & Delivery
- 01When will my order ship?
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
- 02How long does delivery take?
- United States: typically 3–5 business days after processing. International: typically 7–21 business days after processing.
- 03Do you ship internationally?
- Yes — we ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days after processing. Customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
- 04How much does shipping cost?
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the delivery method you choose. You'll see the exact cost before you pay.
- 05How can I track my order?
- A tracking link is emailed to you when your order ships, whenever tracking is available from the carrier. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or email support@enjoylifenowbrand.com.
Orders
- 06Can I change or cancel my order?
- Email support@enjoylifenowbrand.com within 1 hour of ordering and we'll do our best. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we can't change or cancel it.
- 07What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Returns & Refunds
- 08What is your return policy?
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached, in resellable condition. Items marked Final Sale, promotional items, and gift cards are not returnable.
- 09How do I start a return?
- Email support@enjoylifenowbrand.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send a prepaid return label (domestic) or return instructions (international).
- 10How long do refunds take?
- Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and a flat $6.95 return label fee may be deducted from domestic refunds.
- 11Do you offer exchanges?
- The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order in the size you want. Email us and we'll help you with the swap.
Sizing & Care
- 12How do I choose the correct size?
- Our Size Guide lists body and garment measurements for tees and hoodies. If you're between sizes and want a relaxed fit, size up; for a closer fit, stay true to size.
- 13How should I care for my items?
- Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not bleach or iron directly on prints. Wash with similar colors to keep the artwork looking fresh.

- 14How is the artwork created?
- Each design begins with an original concept and creative direction from Enjoy Life Now. We use AI-assisted tools as part of an iterative design process to develop and refine the artwork into the final pieces featured in our collections.
