• Made to Order: Because all items are custom-printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or preference changes.

• Damaged/Incorrect Items: If your item is damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos—we’ll send a free replacement.

• Order Cancellations: Allowed within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order is already in production.

• Refunds: Only issued if an item cannot be replaced. Refunds process in 5–10 business days.
